Spain Casa Manzara

A light and airy villa in the mature and exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea, Casa Manzara has extensive panoramic views from the house and pool terrace towards the distant Sierra Bernia mountains, and over the valley to Mount Montgo. Recent renovations, and the addition of a lovely pool, have transformed this villa into a truly comfortable and immaculate home. The house is entered through the lounge, which has large windows overlooking the pool. From this room a door leads to the roof terrace, from which there are all-round views, including the sea and bay at Granadella. The well furnished living room and modern American kitchen also overlook the pool. All accommodation is on one level, and there is gas fired central heating for comfortable winter living. Balcon Al Mar has its own bars, restaurants and supermarkets, some within walking distance. The bay of Granadella is just 4km by car, and the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse, with it’s superb sea and coastline vistas, is less than 1km away. The Arenal sandy beach is about a 10 minute drive from the villa, while the port and Javea town can be reached in 15-20 minutes.

A recently refurbished light and airy villa that has extensive sea views from the house, and is situated in the mature and exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and a bathroom on each level. The addition of a lovely 5mtr by 8mtr pool, has transformed this villa into a truly comfortable and immaculate home. The house is entered via steps to a terrace, leading to the lounge, which has windows overlooking the pool. From the terrace a stairway leads up to the roof terrace with extensive sea views - on a clear day you can see as far as the Balearic Islands. The well-furnished lounge and modern American kitchen also overlooks the pool. A stairway provides access to the lower 2 bedrooms and a family sized bathroom. There is access to the pool and terrace also from this level. The upper level provides an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and a further family bathroom.

The coastal yachting area is very picturesque, going up the rivers and stopping off for lunch or overnight at the many little ports. The Scilly Isles are also within easy reach.
